Refund Eligibility
We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item purchased from us. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also
be in the original packaging.
Gift cards, personalized items, and sale items are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us by email at cindyrellas26@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your
item. Please include your order number and reason for the return in the email.
After we receive your email, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send your item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Fitting Appointments
The fitting fee is R250 for a hour session, during this hour we fit as many dresses as possible. 4 is our maximum guest limit to visit us. Total guest is 5 with the bride included We do have a wide variety of styles available im store Celebrate with a glass of champagne/coffee/juice We also give you a gift Special for our Bride to say thank you for choosing and visiting us
Custom Wedding Dresses
We do make custom wedding designs
To make the most of your appointment, we recommend that you come prepared with some inspiration photos of dresses you like. We will work out a quote. Also go through the materials we will use to get your dream dress and to make it a reality
Custom Design prices can be from
R12 000 to R25 000 to buy depending on your design.
To Rent will be lower prices off course !
We also can make you a custom design and you can only rent the dress from us
Ordering and alterations
The lead times on wedding dresses is 14 to 18 weeks. We do have rush orders
available from 8-12 weeks at a rush fee of R1600 Even though we order wedding dresses according to measurements, alterations will
always be needed. Alterations can be scheduled before your wedding. We can schedule alterations later
than 4-6 weeks but not earlier. It’s better to do it more closer to the wedding to The alteration fee can be from R300 to R3000 depending on each dress and Design Alot of Brides like to add some features after fitting the dress when it arrived
